Some La Leche League of Iowa groups hold monthly meetings or support groups where Leaders facilitate informal, guided discussions. Mothers and parents have access to accurate, up-to-date and personalized breastfeeding information and support for their role as a breastfeeding, chestfeeding, nursing, or milk feeding parent. In addition, parents are able to draw on the experience of others who attend. LLL of Iowa Leaders also offer telephone and online help to nursing and pregnant mothers, parents, and families seeking breastfeeding information.
